A Landlord? Who? Me?

Today I was at the NAR website (National Association of REALTORS, not National Association of Rocketry!) and read about the prediction that the need for rentals will continue to grow into 2015. It shows no signs of slowing. And then here was the Wall Street Journal, too. The majority of people I serve should probably limit their commercial real estate investments to REITs when it comes to offices and industrial properties, but low vacancy rates combined with fewer first time buyers make it an ideal time to jump in with a smaller investment property. And interest rates are still low.
